1. To get started at CrossFit Crazed first come and take advantage of a
complementary CrossFit class, on Saturday or Sunday morning @
9:00am. To schedule

2. The next step is you must complete a foundations class. They are offered every other Thursday from 7:30-9:30pm. At CrossFit Crazed, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you're part of the CrossFit Crazed Community before
you start your first group class. Coached by a CrossFit Crazed coach, and delivered in small group
sessions, CrossFit Crazed foundations is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful.
3. At CrossFit Crazed class
sizes range from 5-15 people. Each class will consist of functional exercises that will allow any skill level to participate. Our philosophy is not
specializing in a certain area we cover it all. Everything can be modified
and scaled either up or down.
