CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. It is broad, general and inclusive fitness. We prepare you for the known and
unknown of everyday life, fitness and sports performance.
CrossFit Crazed offers a strength and conditioning program which includes basic body weight/light weight exercises along with plyometric, quickness, agility and other athletic movements. Which makes up the very essence of sports.
Although we do not teach specific skills, our CrossFit program will make you quicker, faster, stronger, build core strength, better conditioning, more explosive and agile in their chosen field of play (snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, football, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, hockey etc.) The list goes on and on.
All CrossFit Crazed training is 55 minutes, this includes warm up, strength, the workout, and a cool down.
